The Rushwick Barretts are off again-California this time to visit old friends of Carolyn's from her teaching days.
First stop will be San Rafael just over the bridge from San Francisco to see Jeanne, C's friend from London days. No doubt a visit to a winery in Sonoma and a visit to Alcatraz will feature at some point.
Then we travel to Yosemite National Park for a couple of days before heading back to the coast to drive down the scenic Pacific Coast Highway to Monterey and Pinto Beach finally ending up in Ventura. There we'll be visiting Rose whom C met while teaching in Holland too many years ago to mention.
And finally Laguna Beach to see Mary from C's days in Kuala Lumpur.
So, come along with us to the 'Golden State'.....
